Meeting May 20th

MAJOR decision - Meeting Times to moved to every Thursday, 8:00am - 9:00am
Skipping next week.
Next meeting - June 6, 2013 at Cindy Gabehart's office, high school.

Projects

GMAIL / CALENDAR 

1. CIMA training:  June and August / See Plan on shared doc 
1. Vickie to work with each dept head and principal to get the schedule finalized.
2. Location of the training - #904 at the high school for all sessions.
2. Migration Date and Switch Date - June 1st - employees will be ready to learn June 3rd.
1. Stephen will move on June 1st.  Employees will receive all files including trash from the past 30 days.
2. Emails will go out to all employees updating info.
3. Google Guides - update
1. John Fruge has set up a meeting for Google Guides to meet next Thursday with Trainer of Trainer meeting.  
2. New agenda presented by the CIMA group will be used as a guideline.
4. Web page landing site - up and needs feedback.  Updates by Juliana and Vickie
1. All information is available - feedback will be needed.

iPADS AT HIGH SCHOOL

1. Leasing agreements
1. Stephen and Jeff will give numbers to Dr. Farler about leasing. Document shared with others.
2. iPAD Handbook finalized / published
1. Tony Tipton to lead the revisions for the handbook.  
2. Judy Downing will be included in the discussion.
3. Code of Conduct / Student Handbook / Acceptable use policy updates
