- CIMA training: June and August / See Plan on shared doc
- Vickie to work with each dept head and principal to get the schedule finalized.
- Location of the training - #904 at the high school for all sessions.
- Migration Date and Switch Date - June 1st - employees will be ready to learn June 3rd.
- Stephen will move on June 1st. Employees will receive all files including trash from the past 30 days.
- Emails will go out to all employees updating info.
- Google Guides - update
- John Fruge has set up a meeting for Google Guides to meet next Thursday with Trainer of Trainer meeting.
- New agenda presented by the CIMA group will be used as a guideline.
- Web page landing site - up and needs feedback. Updates by Juliana and Vickie
- All information is available - feedback will be needed.
iPADS AT HIGH SCHOOL
- Leasing agreements
- Stephen and Jeff will give numbers to Dr. Farler about leasing. Document shared with others.
- iPAD Handbook finalized / published
- Tony Tipton to lead the revisions for the handbook.
- Judy Downing will be included in the discussion.
- Code of Conduct / Student Handbook / Acceptable use policy updates
